Return Policy

14-Days Return - 100% Refund

Our 14-days No Questions asked 100% Money-Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect and reflects our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction.

If you decide to return the product, please contact our customer care team. This is applicable for orders within India only and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Return the product to Baxi Jewellers within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product along with any original packaging and relevant certificates in the tamper-proof packaging. We provide free return shipping.
  • The amount of the product being returned should not exceed Rs.50,000 in case of Diamond Jewellery and Rs50,000 in case of Solitaires. In case of Solitaire Jewellery (wherein the solitaire and jewellery mount are both purchased from Baxi Jewellers, a total value limit of Rs. 75,000 shall apply. Preset Engagement Rings/Create Your Engagement Rings are also subject to a total value limit of Rs 75,000.
  • The returns of orders that are paid via digital wallets like online vouchers or gift cards Or Schemes will be eligible for exchange only, refund not applicable. If exchange order is not decided, amount will be kept credit vouchers for future purchases.
  • Product return will be accepted in case of damage on receipt or difference in product design from that on the website. If the customer still wishes to take a refund, a 30% deduction on the product value will be applicable.
  • Customized Jewellery which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions lik customization, engraving etc. from Customer are not eligible for 14 days Return. This includes all products ordered as Customised Jewellery.
  • This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
  • Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item and any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than our company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 14 days return.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Boxes, tags and Original/Copy of Invoice for all return requests within the 14 Day Refund period.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewelry to the lab for re-certification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • The exchange amount or refund amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. If the value of the new product is lower, then the balance amount will be refunded back to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, payment of the refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 days of receipt of product.
  • Please note that the 14-day returns policy is not applicable for international orders, for Diamond Packs and for customized or engraved jewellery.

Repairs & Resizing

In case any product needs to be repaired or resized, we will be happy to assist you.

  • In the event you want to resize your ring/bangle/bracelet, Baxi Jewellers will resize the product free of cost except in cases where resizing is not possible.
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer.
  • If for any reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product and charges will be determined on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under the Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • This policy is not applicable for international orders.

Return Policy

Baxi Jewellers believes in your complete satisfaction and will gladly refund, replace or exchange any unworn item with proper Tag and packaging received back in our facility within 14 days.

To return an item :

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code.

Call Baxi Jewellers at 88-666-33-756 to obtain your return authorization number and please be sure to write it on the outside of the package.

2. Repackage the item as securely as possible.

Repack your item securely with the diamond certificate (if Any). Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.

3. Ship the Package.

Return the package to us by Insured Courier Companies. Insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Baxi Jewellers is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

4. Name and Address.

Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and mail it to:

Orders are typically refunded in full within 10-12 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
